The site itself is divided into several sections to help you easily find your way around. One of the first things that you want to do is download the free starter kit. This is a 70-page eBook that is loaded with useful information. This includes a 7-day meal plan, with all the recipes!

I just downloaded my starter kit and can’t wait to make some of the recipes with my daughter.
