Hi, I am 54 and have tried a number of different dieting-type plans with limited or no success. It’s easy to get confused with all the options out there. One of the most important things that I have learned this year, has been portion control. If I skip the second or larger-sized helpings, this will definitely help. It’s just not as simple as how much I ate, but what I put into my body that counts.

In my opinion, one of the best and easiest ways to lose weight is to start with a clean slate. I started by using a cleansing and detoxification product, this has set me up for success.

Sure, I am watching my portions and trying to exercise more, but with my schedule, I just don’t have time to hit the gym 5 or 6 times a week. It doesn’t help that my Orthopedic Dr. said that running is currently not an option for me.
As you can see by my picture, I still have some more weight to lose, but I am down 25 pounds so far!

When I decided to lead a healthier lifestyle, I was overwhelmed by all the information out there. No wonder so many get confused and don’t even try or give up.

The best way to get healthier is to start with a cleanse and set yourself up for success. Unfortunately, even the better health sites only mention cleanses and did not provide the information I was looking for.
