Does it have any cons or negative side effects I should be aware of? It seems like if it is a member of the horseradish family it would have some sort of strong flavor to it even if it were in a capsule.
The only negative effects comes from the roots if eaten. Only the leaves are used in Miracle Moringa. If you were to eat the leaves, there would be a mild radish taste, but when taken in capsules, there would be no taste.
The only concerns I have with this is if you are taking any medication. Before taking any natural remedies, always check with your doctor or pharmacist to avoid any interactions. Also, check with your doctor if you are pregnant as a standard precaution.
